Returns and Refunds Policy

You can enjoy 7-day free return of flawed goods. Refer to the following return and refund policy for details.

Method of Return

Please send an email to PMCare@gmail.com or a message to our Whatsapp. Please also provide the respective order number, member's phone number or e-mail address for identification with a reason for the return of goods together. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Flawed Goods

If you notice flaws made by the factory after receiving the goods, please contact us. Our customer service staff will assist you in returning the goods and provide a new one for you with free delivery once we know the details.

Delivery Problem
If you wish to return a product due to delay of arrival, PM Care bears the right to charge 20% of the total payment or a minimum of $100HKD as administrative fee and cost for website operation. Before shopping on PM Care, you can refer to the delivery info page for reference. The arrival time may be delayed by delivery services companies or other reasons. If you wish to receive products as soon as possible, you are welcomed to visit PM Care stores or contact us.

Problems of Electronic Products

We do not provide components replacement service after purchase if products face related problems. Thus, you should immediately check whether the product are able to operate normally after purchase. If the product cannot operate normally due to operation failure, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will reply with possible return policy as soon as possible. If necessary, you can visit the repair centre in either Kwun Tong or Lai Chi Kok for repairs.

Points to Note:

1)Any returned or refunded goods must be unused. All necessary components and peripheral accessories must be returned together.

2)All returns and refunds must be done within 7 days of receiving goods, please contact us and bring the respective products to PM Care stores within 10 days for replace or refund. For the calculation of receiving time, the date of which the product is purchased in store or the delivery is done shall prevail. No return or refund will be accepted after the respective deadline.
3)If you give up the products either without appropriate reasons or due to personal factors and request for a refund after payment is completed, regardless of whether the goods are on the way for delivery or not, our company bears the right to charge 20% of the total payment or a minimum of $100HKD as administrative fee for our website. Therefore, you are reminded to look up at all the details before purchasing.

4)You are assumed to agree with the above rules once you purchase any of our products.
